Steve Schultz is a leading CRM practitioner who combines an understanding of information technology with extensive marketing planning, business process design, measurement and analytics experience. At Quaero, he focuses on helping clients identify, justify, implement and leverage leading-edge analytical CRM environments to increase the value derived from their marketing and sales activities. Steve works with clients in the financial services, telecommunications, retail, publishing and hospitality industries.

Quaero teams under Steve’s supervision have designed and developed customer-centric databases; selected and implemented marketing resource management, marketing automation, business intelligence/reporting and analysis tools; adapted marketing and sales support processes; developed and implemented program and customer level measurement frameworks and dashboards; and created advanced analytics to define customer segments and predict behavioral probabilities for use in sales and marketing activities.

Prior to joining Quaero, Steve worked for ten years in financial services at Signet Bank (now Capital One and Wachovia) and Bank One (now JP Morgan Chase), where he held various marketing and business leadership roles in their deposit, investment, insurance and loan business units. Prior his tenure in financial services, Steve worked for Ernst & Young for eight years. During the last four he focused on strategic planning and performance measurement for clients in a variety of industries.
