Chief Executive Officer
Naras is the founder and CEO of Quaero. He is a life-long technologist and entrepreneur with over three decades of experience in the software products and services industry. After donning multiple hats since the inception of Quaero, Naras today leads strategy, marketing, and new product innovation at Quaero. Naras is the author of a highly acclaimed book, “High Performance Marketing: Bringing Method to the Madness of Marketing” published by Kaplan Professional Press, and he has taught at the University of California, Berkeley. Prior to launching Quaero, Naras built the Knowledge Based Marketing group at Wachovia (now part of Wells Fargo). Previously he worked at McKinsey & Company, BBDO Worldwide (part of Omnicom Group) and BASES (now part of Nielsen). Naras frequently speaks at global marketing analytics events evangelizing CDP and how data-driven insights enable marketers to deliver personalized communication. He holds a Ph.D. in Marketing from the University of Texas at Austin, a Master’s Degree from Northwestern University and an undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology.
Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer
Robert plays a key role in the all areas of Quaero’s business operations and strategic planning. Over his career, Robert has served in a CFO capacity for agency, product, and service organizations managing all aspects of the financial, administrative, human resource and information technology functions for various companies. Robert also has significant experience in buy- and sell-side transactions, equity investments, and customer/vendor contract formation, negotiation and completion. He started his career with Arthur Andersen as an auditor before going to work with one of his private clients. Robert received his Master’s Degree in Accounting and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from The University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill. He is an active supporter of many non-profit organizations through Board membership and direct participation.
Vice President of Strategy and Account Management
John is tri-lingual with fluency in data, analytics and business strategy which he puts to good use at Quaero. As VP of Strategy and Account Management John and his team help our clients develop data-driven strategies to ensure they are extracting incremental value out of their customer data through our CDP. His extensive background in customer-facing work has allowed him to provide detailed insights and recommendations directly related to our customer’s key business challenges and needs. Before becoming the driving force behind many of Quaero’s long-standing customer relationships, John was the award-winning strategic mind behind Carlson Marketing WorldWide, a leading loyalty and customer relationship-building company working with brands such as British Airways, Citrix and AARP. He also spent nearly eight years sharing his progressive skills with clients such as John Deere, Sotheby’s, Nielsen and Verizon at Peppers and Rogers Group. John holds an MBA from Columbia Business School, Columbia University, and a BA in Political Science and Economics from Hamilton College.
Vice President of Sales and Partnerships
Lee builds on almost 20 years of proven experience in the technology industry driving enterprise sales, business growth strategy, business development, strategic partner development, and sales management. In this role he is responsible for leading Quaero’s sales and partnership teams to drive revenue through strategic partnerships and direct channels while building a world-class partner program. Prior to joining Quaero, Lee was the Head of Global Partners and Alliances for SessionM. In this role, he oversaw the partner team, strategy and management of all global strategic SI partnerships, agencies, and technology partners. Working with some of the most well-known technology brands in the world, Lee lead the way for SessionM to evolve from a self-delivery model to a partner delivery model allowing for global scalability. Prior to SessionM, Lee managed the North American partner and alliances team for Sitecore helping drive the business to a successful exit.
VP - Product Engineering
Ashwin heads the Product Engineering team and previously was the VP of Managed Services team delivering packaged offerings in data analytics, audience segmentation and activation, data management, and managing day-to-day data operations. He is responsible for building and growing customer relationships and maximizing the value customers receive from their CDP investment. Ashwin has served multiples roles including implementation services, managing relationships with our technology partners, and building and leading design and development of data platforms and products across digital media, financial services, banking, travel and hospitality, and health care industries. As a technical expert, Ashwin writes about and advises on identity resolution across CRM, device, behavioral signals, cross-device measurement, and creating event and ad product. He holds an engineering degree in electronics from Bangalore University and a management development program certificate from Harvard Business School Club of Charlotte.
General Manager/Vice President of India Business
Sandeep leads Quaero India by managing product and delivery within the region. He brings more than a decade of experience of working across functions, domains and geographical regions. Sandeep is also responsible for generating new business in India and APAC markets. He strives to build highly skilled, highly efficient teams across engineering and business functions to solve MarTech challenges and take solutions to market. Under Sandeep’s leadership, and within a short time, Quaero India has made big strides in customer acquisition and growth. Prior to joining Quaero, he has sold and delivered successful initiatives like CRM, loyalty and chatbots for customers like M&S, Pizza Hut, and Puma in India, the UK and the US. Sandeep is an alumnus of NIT, Surat and the London School of Economics.
VP - Services
Dan has 20 years of customer facing technology experience at large organizations such as Accenture and Oracle to small software start-ups like Wrycan and dataxu. He has spent the last 7 years in marketing technology working with media buying software on advertising exchanges utilizing anonymous data sets, and loyalty marketing software with CRM and personally identifiable data sets. The client-base he has worked with includes enterprise global brands and advertising agencies. Dan has led and grown global organizations across multiple disciplines and is currently leading Quaero's Services & Support teams. Dan was previously the VP Implementations working with partners and customers to make them successful on the Quaero platform. Dan holds an Bachelor's and Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Lehigh University.
